Refund Policy

All purchases are final

Marktype is a digital product that provides assessment access and an individual profile. Purchases are final once completed, except where a refund is required by law or when a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or technical failure prevents delivery.

If something went wrong

If you believe you were charged more than once, do not recognize a charge, or did not receive the assessment access you purchased, email support@marktype.co. Include the email address used for your Marktype account and enough information for us to locate the transaction. Do not send full card details.

We will review the account and payment records and respond with the available resolution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
